Delete Your kinderly Account

We respect your decision to delete your kinderly account. Please review the following information before you proceed:

What happens when you delete your account?

• All your personal data, including your profile, child profiles, chat history, uploaded documents, and settings, will be permanently deleted.
• You won't be able to recover your account or any data after deletion.
• Any active subscription will be canceled, and you won't receive refunds for previously billed periods.

How to delete your account:

1. Log in to your kinderly account.
2. Navigate to Settings > Account Management > Delete Account.
3. Confirm your decision by entering your password.
4. Submit your request by tapping "Delete My Account".

Once you confirm, the deletion process will start immediately. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
